About
Salesforce experience as the foundation for Agentforce and AI
I have enjoyed solving technical problems since university, where I built my first coding projects. At adidas, I learned how larger IT projects work inside an enterprise. At Dell, I experienced the reality of technical sales and customer conversations. During five years at Salesforce as a Solution Engineer in pre-sales, it all came together: technology, processes, and the question of how companies actually use their systems. Today I focus that experience on Agentforce and AI on the Salesforce platform – with the same pragmatic eye for value and delivery.
